Position 1: Fastener Production Operator, 15 Openings

Compensation: Basic salary plus piece-rate payment. Monthly total income ranges from 9,000 to 16,000 CNY, pay for more work. Job Responsibilities: Carry out cold forging, thread rolling, assembly and inspection according to production procedures. Follow safety operation rules for machinery. Conduct self-inspection on finished products, record production data, maintain tidy workstation and follow team schedule to meet daily production targets.

Requirements:

1. Age between 18 and 52, physically fit, no chronic diseases. Able to work two shifts in factory workshop.

2. Roles assigned by production stages: cold forging & heat treatment positions prefer candidates with prior factory experience; sorting & packaging positions welcome new learners, on-site mentoring provided.

3. Hard-working, disciplined, fully aware of workshop safety rules.

4. Previous working experience in fastener / standard parts factory is preferred.

Position 2: Fastener Product Designer, 3 Openings

Compensation: Basic salary plus piece-rate payment. Monthly total income ranges from 8,000 to 12,000 CNY. Job Responsibilities: Review customer drawings, create 3D models and 2D production drawings for standard and custom non-standard fasteners. Evaluate manufacturing feasibility according to material and surface finish requirements. Collaborate with production team to solve technical issues for custom orders, archive drawings and optimize product solutions.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in mechanical design, mold or fastener related field.

2. Proficient with CAD, SolidWorks and mechanical engineering drawings reading.

3. Familiar with fastener material properties, machining processes and surface treatments including Dacromet, Geomet, PTFE coating.

4. Minimum 2 years’ experience designing custom non-standard fasteners, capable of independent technical assessment for special-shaped parts.

5. Meticulous and good communicator, able to handle technical requirements from overseas buyers.

Position 3: Fastener International Sales Representative, 20 Openings

Compensation: Basic salary plus sales commission. Monthly total income ranges from 12,000 to 35,000 CNY, no upper limit. Job Responsibilities: Work within our established sales system to serve Southeast Asia, Middle East, Central Asia and other Belt and Road markets. Source new buyers, maintain our stable existing customer base, handle inquiries, quotations, sample arrangement, order production and shipment. Cooperate with technical and production teams to provide fastener selection solutions for global clients.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above, international trade, business English or mechanical engineering majors preferred.

2. Good written and spoken English for email and WhatsApp communication. Russian or Arabic language skill is a bonus.

3. Basic knowledge of international trade workflow; candidates with hardware / fastener export experience are prioritized. Outstanding fresh graduates will also be considered.

4. Self-motivated, skilled in business negotiation, willing to build long-term business in Belt and Road overseas markets.

5. Familiarity with bolts, nuts and anchoring products is an advantage.
